Tessa Komine has struck out on her own and now has her own private practice. We are very sorry to see her go but we are excited for this new chapter in her career. Her last day with us was Sept. 15.

I feel so fortunate to have been with the Ruby team for the last year and a half. This group has allowed me to grow tremendously, both professionally and personally. It has been a privilege to be part of such a supportive and compassionate group of people. I’m so grateful that this position has allowed me to connect with my incredible clients and wonderful colleagues in the Portland community. I appreciate Lynae’s willingness to share her clinical and business experience with me. I feel fortunate to have had her as my mentor & employer. Thank you to the whole Ruby team for your encouragement and wisdom; I have really valued our time together. I will miss being part of the Ruby family, but I am excited for what lies ahead with my solo private practice. I’m also so pleased to see the Bend office continuing to grow!
